Your child has one Clive's Easylearn lesson or one Poptrain lesson per week. |

Junior lessons for 7-9 year-olds are half-hour long in Easylearn. Not all of our Clive's Easylearn Pop Music Schools offer the junior 30 minute lesson option. It has been found that hourly lessons work much better even for the younger students. Please see the What Is Easylearn page for more information. |

Senior lessons for 10 year-olds and above are one-hour long and include our fifteen minute easyjam session. |

Poptrain lessons are one-hour long and offered to children of 9 and over. |

Easylearn sessions take place in a large hall on a ratio of two children to one tutor at one of our teaching stations. This enables a range of unique play together opportunities. Poptrain also takes place in a large hall but on a ratio of six children to one tutor at one of our teaching stations. This enables the children to work together as a real pop band. Both of these activities quickly build confidence and skills and are also fun! |

All schools will offer your child a free 15-minute taster session to experience Easylearn or Poptrain first-hand. These can
be requested using the form on the individual schools pages
of this site.

Lessons are purchased in advance on a monthly basis, and are paid for via standing order. However, if you start part-way through a month, then the school will request an initial part-payment via cash/cheque. |

Please accompany your child to the taster session and bring your bank details so that, should you wish to book, the school manager can complete the booking form and standing order mandate without delay at the visit, schedule an ongoing tutor and properly enrol your child into the school. |

We want your child to be entirely happy with their sessions and so, following the free taster session, at your child's first scheduled lesson, we offer a Money Back Guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply call the school by midnight on the day of the session and explain why. The school will immediately issue you with a refund of all that you have paid. At Clive's there's absolutely no risk. |

We are not term-based, and so lessons continue throughout the year. . |

Refunds are not available for missed lessons. However a "Planned Absence Voucher Scheme" is in operation in all schools, which provides opportunities to make up for missed lessons due to family holidays etc. Please ask your chosen school manager for details of this flexible scheme. |

One month's notice is required from the forthcoming standing order payment if you wish to withdraw your child from a school. |

You have full control over your standing order payments and are responsible for stopping them when you leave the school. The school itself does not have the power to do this. |
